No. There are no additional charges for the delivery service. |

How do I get my Extra Mile Dry Cleaning bag? |

Your driver will leave one for you each time your clothes are delivered. Additional bags are also available. |

How do I place an order? |
| |
If you are already signed-up, just leave a bag out on your scheduled pick-up day by 8:30am. If you are not yet a registered customer, fill out our customer Sign-Up Form or call 540-446-1848. |

How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days? |
| |
After sign-up we will let you know the pick-up and drop-off days for your area. On our first visit, our driver will confirm your schedule. |

How do I pay for your door-to-door service? |
| |
Once you sign-up for service, your bill will be charged to your credit card after each delivery. Of course, a detailed statement, along with a receipt, will be delivered with your order.

Do I have to tip the Extra Mile Dry Cleaning driver? |
| |
No. Our drivers do not accept gratuities. |

Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made? |
| |
No. Your driver will service your pre-selected location. If you cannot leave your bag out for our driver, we can accommodate you, as long as there is someone at the location to give out and receive your garments per your special instructions. |

How do I tell Extra Mile Dry Cleaning about a special request/issue with my garments? |
| |
Simply leave a detailed note in your bag for our Extra Mile Dry Cleaning representative. |

What should I do with my leather and suede clothing? |
| |
Please leave the item in your bag for our representative. Leather goods normally take two weeks for cleaning, and may require a release form. If you need to indicate a stain, please leave a note for us in the bag. CAUTION: do not put any adhesive tape or stain stickers on the garment as this will leave a stain. |
